As for the shortcomings of sapphire braces, they are almost nonexistent. Probably the biggest one of them is the high cost, which is caused by the production complexity. Some patients are not completely happy with a long treatment period, which can only be reduced by increasing the pressure on the teeth and does not always lead to good results.
