The user acknowledges that dental services purchased through Dientesano.es are personalized and time-specific.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
— Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment.
— If canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice or in case of no-show — no refund will be issued.
Exceptions:
According to Article 103 of Law 3/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to medical services with a set execution date.
